For Siemens, your qualifying appliances must include an eligible single oven. NEFF customers can qualify with any three eligible products and do not need to include a single oven.

Who can claim?
- Purchase 3-7 qualifying appliances from one participating brand as part of a new kitchen design.
- Include at least five kitchen cabinets in the same purchase.
- Purchase the kitchen furniture and appliances together from the same participating retailer.
- Place the qualifying order and pay the deposit between 28 August and 30 November 2026.
- Have the kitchen and appliances fully installed before making the claim.
- Have the balance paid in full or have a finance agreement in place.
- Submit one consumer claim for one household by midnight on 31 May 2027.
- Live in the United Kingdom, Channel Islands or Isle of Man.
Siemens purchases must include a qualifying single oven. NEFF purchases do not require a single oven, but all selected products must be eligible. Double ovens, warming drawers and other accessories are excluded. Freestanding appliances are generally excluded unless specifically identified as qualifying products.
Ex-display, graded, seconds, replacement and imperfect products, trade or contract sales, and purchases made in conjunction with another offer are excluded.
How to claim
Submit your claim after your kitchen and qualifying appliances have been fully installed.

Enter the E-nr and FD number for each qualifying appliance.
If the rating plate on a hob or cooker hood cannot be accessed, a clear photograph of the installed appliance can be uploaded instead.

Upload photographs showing all qualifying appliances installed in the completed kitchen.

Upload the full receipt, contract or schedule showing the purchase date, deposit paid during the promotional period, itemised kitchen furniture, itemised qualifying appliances, and proof of payment in full or proof of a finance agreement.
If proof of payment is on a separate document, upload all relevant documents.

Provide bank details in the claimant’s name.
The claimant name, proof-of-purchase name and bank-account name must match.

Submit the completed claim before midnight on 31 May 2027.
Order-confirmation summaries and delivery receipts are not accepted as proof of purchase. Keep copies of every document submitted.
Allow up to 28 days for claim approval and a further 28 days for the BACS payment to be released after approval.

How much cashback can I claim?
You can claim £250 when purchasing three qualifying appliances, £400 for four, £550 for five, £750 for six, or £1,100 for seven. Additional cashback is available on selected venting hobs, glass draft hoods and XL or XXL fridge freezers.
Do I need to purchase an oven?
Bosch and Siemens claims must include a qualifying single oven. NEFF claims do not require an oven, provided at least three qualifying NEFF products are purchased. Double ovens do not qualify for any of the three brands.
Does my kitchen purchase need to include cabinets?
Yes. The purchase must include at least five kitchen cabinets, and the furniture and qualifying appliances must be purchased together from the same participating retailer as part of a kitchen design.
When must I place my order?
The qualifying purchase and deposit must be dated between 28 August and 30 November 2026 inclusive.
When is the claim deadline?
The completed claim must be received by midnight on 31 May 2027. Claims cannot be submitted after this deadline, including when a project or installation has been delayed.
Can Counter Interiors submit the claim for me?
No. This is a consumer promotion and the customer must submit their own claim.
Must the appliances be installed before I claim?
Yes. All qualifying appliances must be fully installed so that the required photographs and appliance details can be provided.
What proof of purchase is required?
You need a receipt, contract or schedule showing the purchase date, qualifying appliances, kitchen furniture and deposit payment. You must also provide proof that the balance has been paid in full or that a finance agreement is in place. Order-confirmation summaries and delivery receipts are not accepted on their own.
What are E-nr and FD numbers?
These are appliance identification details found on the appliance rating plate. If the rating plate on a hob or cooker hood cannot be accessed after installation, the promotion allows an installed photograph to be uploaded instead.
Can I claim for ex-display appliances?
No. Ex-display, graded, seconds, replacement and imperfect products are excluded.
Can I combine this cashback with another offer?
No. The revised terms state that the cashback cannot be claimed in conjunction with another offer.
How will the cashback be paid?
Approved cashback is paid by BACS. The bank account must be in the same name as the claimant.
How long does payment take?
Allow up to 28 days for claim approval and a further 28 days for the BACS payment to be released after approval.
